Heather A. Bartel, Esq. is an Associate at Squillace & Associates, P.C., focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Prior to joining Squillace and Associates P.C., Heather was an attorney with Jager Smith P.C. in the firm’s business, tax, and estate planning group where she focused her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. She also previously worked at U.S. Trust Company as a Trust Administrative Officer where she was responsible for the administration and termination of trust, agent for fiduciary, and investment management accounts.
Outside of the office, Heather volunteers as a youth mentor for Urban Improv’s mentoring program whose mission is to catalyze positive youth development with a focus on violence prevention, conflict resolution and decision-making. She also serves as a “Go Far Volunteer” with Bottom Line, an organization that helps low-income, first-generation students get into college, graduate from college, and go far in life.
Heather earned her B.A. from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, she served as a Comment Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
