Following the Trump administration, many same sex couples face uncertainties regarding their rights and marriage options. Fortunately, under President Biden, a shift back to Pro-LGBTQ policies has begun, and a focus on equality has returned to our highest office. However, there are still implications of the Trump Presidency, particularly through his Supreme Court and other federal court appointments.
