Heather A. Bartel, Esq. is a Partner at Squillace & Associates, P.C., focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Prior to joining Squillace and Associates, P.C., Heather was an associate with a small trusts and estates firm in Boston where she supported the business, tax, and estate planning group and focused on estate planning and estate administration. She also previously worked at U.S. Trust Company as a Trust Administrative Officer, developing extensive experience in trust administration.

Heather is a member of the Trusts & Estates Consortium, WealthCounsel, and the Boston Estate Planning Council, where she serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee. She also serves as a Youth Mentor with Urban Improv, an organization empowering youth to make positive decisions in their lives.

Heather earned her B.A. from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as a Comment Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
