Colleen A. Noonan, Esq. is an Senior Associate at Squillace & Associates, P.C., focusing her practice on estate planning, estate settlement, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In her estate planning practice, Colleen counsels clients from a variety of backgrounds and creates estate plans customized to each client’s unique needs. She regularly serves clients who are engaged in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and surrogacy to grow their families.

Colleen has over ten years of legal experience and is admitted to both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars. Prior to joining our firm, Colleen was an associate at a complex litigation firm in Boston where she specialized primarily in Family Law. She also previously worked as an Assistant County Attorney in Rockingham County, NH, where she prosecuted a broad array of felony cases in Superior Court.

Since 2020, Colleen has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Colleen earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College, where she majored in History, and her J.D. from Boston University. While in law school, Colleen served as a member of BU’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. Colleen also served as a student prosecutor and successfully represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in three cases on appeal before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Colleen continued her appellate practice as a Fellow with the New Hampshire Office of the Attorney General, where she authored state appellate briefs.

Colleen lives on the South Shore with her husband, Bryan, their son, and their two cats. She enjoys practicing yoga, watching old movies, and spending time in nature.
