Colleen A. Noonan, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Squillace & Associates, P.C. Prior to joining our firm, Colleen was an associate at a complex litigation firm in Boston where she specialized primarily in Family Law. She also previously worked as an Assistant County Attorney in Rockingham County, NH where she prosecuted a broad array of felony cases in Superior Court.

From 2020 through the present, Colleen has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Colleen also was a contributing editor of MCLE Trying Divorce Cases in Massachusetts, 6th Edition (2020).

Colleen earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College, where she majored in History, and her J.D. from Boston University. While in law school, Colleen served as a member of BU’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. Colleen also served as a student prosecutor and successfully represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in three cases on appeal before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Colleen continued her appellate practice as a Fellow with the New Hampshire Office of the Attorney General, where she authored state appellate briefs.

Colleen is admitted to both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars.
